في ليلة ليست بالبعيدة كنت أتحدث مع صديقة لي وتشاركنا بعض الخواطر التي اعتدنا تدوينها حين نكتب  مذكراتنا أو حين نشعر بهذه الوحدة التي دوما تحاصرنا  إليكم بعض الذي وجدته كنت حينها في الصف الثالث الثانوي و كانت فترة عصيبة لا أقدر علي تخيلها ثانية في تللك اللحظات كنت أتغير، افقد ذاتي وما أعتادت نفسي أن تكونه فكتبت "وأصعب أنواع الخذلان هو أن تخذلك نفسك، أن تشعر أنك غريب عنك، ألا تكون ماكنت تظن كونك هو، وألا تفعل ما قيل يومًا أنك فاعله، لو أن نفسك خانتك فلا مفر من تعذيبها وليس الأمر بمحض إرادتك بل أنت في هذه بالجلاد والمجلود، فكأن قلبك بتفتح، فأعدل عن التشبث بأمور هوجاء كسيل بلا منحدر تتقاذفها الرياح لتعبث بها، تقبل نفسك" أغسطس 2015 *** أظن أني كتبتها حينما كنت علي وشك الرسوب ف أول عام جامعي لي، ولكن الله كان حليمًا بي وأدركني في ظلم الضياع وأحياني بعد مماتي -"لما قد تشتكي من المصائب معتقدًا أنها تخف بالحديث عنها؟ وعندما تصيبك بائسة تقول فيها  بعدما تمر هذه سأعود كما كنت، لقد أفنيت وقتًا طويلًا انتظر فيه أن تمر الفاجعة، ماذا لو أخفضت رأسي حتي تمر ال

Women Objectification in media.  It looks like a harmful title for such an article!  Through my short life I've seen myriad ads and TV shows which visualize women as gifts or prizes. Sometime else they made them as symbols for cultures, religions or life attitude. I don't even know if the outer world looks at us as humans, ordinary people or effective citizens!  I'm not talking about the Arab world right now. It's a worldwide look. Sometimes I feel it's true! I might be here just to serve man .   This kind of terrorism affects women's life style. Indeed most women tend to be clean, beautiful and smart, but when there is no place for any other issue in their lives, It is terrible. Their self-confidence breaks down. They actually think there is no place for them in mental or rational stuffs! We can observe the harmful influence of this kind of media and it is a movement to stop this activities damaging future communities.
