A fifteen-year-old in Huntsville, Alabama kicked the bucket by suicide in the wake of being tormented for being gay. In 2018, it was a seven-year-old in Denver, Colorado. There have been and will be some more. For these numbers, I’ve decided to write on this topic. I am not sure if my topic is to inform about gender and sexuality or to deconstruct racism. Therefore, it is important to identify the difference between gender, sexual identity and sexual orientation.
